How To Use This Guide
In each section you will find three subsections:
- Solo drills
- Partner drills
- Positional games
Each subsection adds more resistance so it’s important to understand and be able to accomplish the given tasks before advancing to the next.
This is a self guided series so it’s important to follow the instructions and to avoid “competing” with your partner during partner drills or positional games. Remember our goal is to concentrate on specific tasks not to "win" the roll.
This series can be used as a warm up to a sparring session or a training session by itself. It’s ultimately up to the user to decide the best way to get the most out of this series.
