The Beginner Flow

Flow Through The 4 Fundamental Positions:

  • Full Mount > Bridge to Trap & Roll (Upa)
  • Closed Guard > Open Guard to Smash Pass
  • Side Control > Clear elbow to Arm-Out Mount
  • Full Mount > Partner Rolls to Back Take
  • Back Control > Partner Escapes to Side Control
  • Side Control > Frame, Bridge and Shrimp to regain Closed Guard
  • Closed Guard > Sit-up Sweep to Top Mount
