Flow Through The 4 Fundamental Positions:
- Full Mount > Bridge to Trap & Roll (Upa)
- Closed Guard > Open Guard to Smash Pass
- Side Control > Clear elbow to Arm-Out Mount
- Full Mount > Partner Rolls to Back Take
- Back Control > Partner Escapes to Side Control
- Side Control > Frame, Bridge and Shrimp to regain Closed Guard
- Closed Guard > Sit-up Sweep to Top Mount
